The social mobile app for making friends and chatting with AI Characters ChaChat

On the Neiro team, I was responsible for the design of the ChaChat mobile app. The main task is improving basic metrics and developing new features. I worked closely with the product and development teams, organized new processes and made design structure, conducted various researches and interviews, came up with hypotheses and introduced new features.

Implemented new design processes. Conducted: structured design system, a clear flow of the task life cycle from formulation to implementation, design review. The result: increased task quality and implementation speed.

Launched monetization. Conducted: desk researches, analysis of user behaviour, design interfaces, A/B tests. The result: provided new functionality, increased conversion rate to 5%.

Updated creating AI Character flow. Conducted: UX researches, in-depth interviews, making new hypotheses, design interfaces, A/B tests. The result: new flow for creating AI Character, increased conversion rate to 9%.

Updated onboarding flow. Conducted: analysis of user behaviour and analytics, making hypotheses, design interfaces, A/B tests. The result: new onboarding flow, increased conversion rate for payment after onboarding to 2%.

Improved explore flow. Conducted: analysis of user behaviour and analytics, in-depth interviews, making hypotheses, design interfaces, A/B tests. The result: new screens and types of content, increased engagement rate and retention.
