On the MPCard team, I was responsible for the design of the Landing and Editor sections for desktop and mobile interfaces and also for the design processes. The main task is to create the app from scratch and improve it after completing work on the MVP version. I worked closely with the CPO and development team.
Creating the desktop interfaces of the landing and the editor web app for the MVP version. Conducted: desk researches, UX researches, design interfaces. The result: first versions of the landing and the editor web app, collected the first results and feedback for further improvement of the app.
Implemented design processes. Conducted: structured design system, a clear flow of the task life cycle from formulation to implementation, design review. The result: increased task quality and implementation speed.
Implemented mobile version of the web app. Conducted: desk researches, UX researches, in-depth and CustDev interviews, making hypotheses, design interfaces. The result: mobile interface of the app, increased conversion to registration from 20 to 40%.
Launched monetization and improved it on the next step. Conducted: analysis of user behaviour and analytics, making hypotheses, design interfaces. The result: provided new functionality, increased conversion rate to payment to 13% on the second step.
Improved all functionality. Conducted: analysis of user behaviour and analytics, CustDev and in-depth interviews, making hypotheses, design interfaces. The result: new functionality and improved old functionality, increased conversion to downloading the users results to 12%.
